
Hitit Partners with Italian Airline SkyAlps for Digital Transformation
Hitit, Europe’s second-largest airline reservation technology provider, continues its expansion across the continent. Italy-based airline SkyAlps has chosen Hitit’s cloud-based solutions to enhance its operations, improve efficiency, and accelerate its digital transformation. The system transition took place on January 17, 2025, allowing SkyAlps to streamline its passenger service processes and offer an enhanced travel experience.
As of March 17, SkyAlps has fully integrated Hitit’s technology for reservations, ticketing, check-in, flight operations, and dynamic pricing. The airline, operating a fleet of eight aircraft and serving over 20 destinations in Europe, aims to reduce operational costs, improve efficiency, and elevate passenger experience through this collaboration.
Hitit’s flexible and scalable system will not only support SkyAlps’ future growth but also facilitate new strategic partnerships and expand connectivity.
